Wine lovers and outdoor enthusiasts can head to Teak Place Estate near Krugersdorp on Saturday, 10 October 2026 for the Grape Escape Wine Walk, organised by WannaDo Events.

The 5km trail is divided into short sections with three tasting hubs along the way. Each hub features boutique and established South African winemakers who pour samples and answer questions. Participants receive a tasting glass, lanyard and welcome prosecco at the start line.

The walk ends at the estate’s lawns, where a festival atmosphere takes over with live music, a food village and direct wine sales. Entry includes a R100 voucher valid on purchases of R300 or more.

What to Expect

• Route: 5km trail with 3 wine tasting hubs
  900m → Hub 1 | 1.6km → Hub 2 | 700m → Hub 3 | 1.3km → Festival lawns
