Dinnerbox offers a straightforward alternative: pre-cooked frozen meals that you keep in the freezer and heat when you need them.
The company says its meals are made from scratch and contain no preservatives, stabilisers or MSG.

Don't Want a Preselected Box?
Build-A-Box lets you choose your own combination from different meal categories.
The minimum is 10 meals, and you can mix different dishes or add more than one of the same favourite. Build-A-Box is currently available through the Dinnerbox website, not its app.
Delivery & Storage
Put the meals in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery. Once defrosted, Dinnerbox recommends keeping a meal refrigerated for no longer than one day.
