Four courses, paired wines and only 20 seats make this a rather different Monday night dinner.

If your idea of a good wine dinner involves actually hearing from the person behind the bottle, Vivari Hotel & Spa is keeping this one small.

Brambles Restaurant is hosting Miles Mossop for an intimate winemaker dinner, limited to just 20 guests.

Executive Chef Wynand van Wyk will serve a four-course set menu, with Miles Mossop wines paired with each course. Mossop will be there to guide guests through the wines and share stories behind them.

Why You Might Want to Go

This isn't a large tasting where you're moving between tables.

With only 20 places, it's designed as a more personal evening around the table, with the chance to hear directly from the winemaker while tasting the wines alongside food created specifically for the dinner.

You don't need to know your tannins from your terroir either. The point is to taste, ask questions and enjoy dinner while someone who knows the wine explains what's in your glass.
